The Rules

New accounts start with 100 points ($10) — credited the moment you register, usable on your first order. No purchase required.

Points from orders are awarded after your payment is confirmed by our team — not when the order is placed.

Points are earned on the amount you actually pay, excluding shipping. If you redeem points for a $20 discount on a $300 order, you earn 280 points — not 300. Shipping fees don't count.

Partial redemption is fine — but points can cover at most 10% of any single order. The rest is paid as normal.

Points expire 90 days after they're earned. Expired points cannot be recovered.

Questions

Do I really get 100 points just for signing up?

Yes. The moment you create an account, 100 points land in your balance — that's $10 off your first order, no purchase required. They're usable right away and last 90 days, same as any other points.

When do I get my points?

After our team confirms your payment. Submit your payment proof (screenshot or TX hash), we verify it, and points hit your account. Usually takes less than 24 hours.

Can I earn and redeem on the same order?

You can redeem existing points at checkout. New points are earned on what you pay after the discount — shipping fees excluded. So if your order is $500 and you redeem 200 points ($20 off), you earn 480 new points on the $480 you actually paid.

How many points can I use on one order?

Points can cover up to 10% of each order. On a $500 order that's a max of $50 off (500 points) — the rest is paid as normal. Whatever you don't use stays in your balance for next time.

Do points expire?

Yes. 90 days from when they're earned. Each batch of points has its own clock — so points from Order A and Order B expire independently. Your account dashboard shows the next expiry date. Use them or lose them.

What happens to my points if I return an order?

Points earned from that order get deducted from your balance. If you redeemed points on the returned order, those points are refunded back.
