Description

This is the Aquis most people picture when they hear the name: blue sunburst dial, matching blue ceramic bezel insert, full steel bracelet. Reference 01 733 7730 4135-07 8 24 05PEB is the volume piece of the whole 43.5mm generation, and if you only stock one Oris, it should probably be this one.

Why it moves: it sits at roughly $2,300–$2,500 retail, which puts it right against the Longines HydroConquest and a few hundred under a Tudor Pelagos-adjacent budget. Buyers who walk in asking for “a Swiss diver that isn’t a Rolex” end up comparing it to the Seamaster 300M and leaving with the Oris because of the price gap. The blue reads well in photos, which matters if you sell online.

The case is the proper 300m Aquis build — screw-in crown, unidirectional ceramic-insert bezel, sapphire crystal, and a display back showing the red-rotor Calibre 733. That calibre is a Sellita SW 200-1 underneath, so any competent watchmaker can service it without sending it back to Hölstein. The bracelet uses Oris’ folding clasp with a diver’s extension; the integrated end links mean it wears closer to 42mm than the number suggests.

Stocking note: pair it with the black 4134 bracelet version. Blue usually outsells black, but you lose sales if you can’t offer both side by side.
